From Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct – for lawyers
Lawyers, as guardians of the law, play a vital role in the preservation of society.
Obligation of lawyers is to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.
Lawyers insist that every lawyer both comply with its minimum disciplinary standards and aid in securing their observance by other lawyers. Neglect of these responsibilities compromises the independence of the profession and the public interest which it serves.
So long as its practitioners are guided by these principles, the law will continue to be a noble profession. This is its greatness and its strength, which permit of no compromise.
Lawyers provide a client with an informed understanding of the client's legal obligations.
In all professional functions, a lawyer should be competent.

Lawyer shall not … be influenced by mere self-interest.
Lawyers’ duty to provide objective and independent advice.

Why Improve Texas Education - See 20 Min. Video Below
Reasons for Texans learning and seizing their lawful opportunities for their students’ sake include:
Suicide and violence prevention in schools,
Each student realizing their potential,
Not wasting community resources, including time, talent and money (taxed and donated), on not serving the needs of students.
The Texas Legislature no longer spends time and money on writing new Bills for purposes, such as suicide prevention or community schools, that are already provided for in the existing Texas Education Code.
In 2018, the Federal government found the State of Texas in violation of Federal special education law. — All while Texas has its own laws for serving the needs of special education students that go unfulfilled.
